人工搖200下才能喝！ 手搖飲拚「厚工」美味
手搖飲競爭機器，味道得好喝才行，有業者主打必須要搖「200下」的手搖飲，讓檸檬皮跟冰塊完全碰撞產生香氣，才能做出好喝飲料，非常花工夫的飲料，也成功吸引民眾買單，另外還有其他業者的招牌金桔綠茶，因為金桔榨汁很麻煩，每天早上都得特別花半小時來榨汁，同樣不輕鬆。
削下一片片，青綠色的檸檬皮，這是招牌手搖飲主體，但要好必須得經過「厚工」這得這關。
搖啊搖搖啊搖，搖到手臂肌肉都出現明顯線條，這款青檸香茶要好喝必須得手工搖上200下，才能讓冰塊跟檸檬皮，完全碰撞產生香氣，少了這關就少了靈魂，但這一搖200下可真的考驗店員體力，一杯完成大約要花5分鐘，每次客人點這口味，店員心裡都有點小崩潰。」
手搖飲區經理范國星：「它需要長時間的冰塊跟我們的檸檬皮，經由碰撞這個方式，它才有辦新上市首選法把那個檸檬精油，完完全全釋放出來。」
一顆顆金桔放入機器榨出汁，但仔細一看一大堆的金桔卻只能榨出一點點汁，業者表示早上一來就至少得花上半小時榨出金桔汁提供製作使用，若是等到客人點這款(金桔綠茶)才來榨汁，恐怕得等上不少時間。」
民眾：「如果想要喝比較有品質，或者口感比較好的話，可能還是會有人願意花這個時間等。」
民眾：「因為平常都是喝純茶類的，簡單比較多，所以可能就只會試試看吧。」
還有其他業者以新鮮果汁為主，杯杯都是現榨，但季節限定的柳橙綠茶和橘子紅茶都得用手輔助，人工榨汁同樣很費工，手搖飲競爭激烈也越來越講究，就算得費些功夫還是得花這番工，做出好喝飲料搶攻市場商機。
